وَمَا كَانَ قَوْلَهُمْ اِلَّآ اَنْ قَالُوْا رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوْبَنَا وَاِسْرَافَنَا فِيْٓ اَمْرِنَا وَثَبِّتْ اَقْدَامَنَا وَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ
Terjemahan Indonesia:
Dan tidak lain ucapan mereka hanyalah doa, “Ya Tuhan kami, ampunilah dosa-dosa kami dan tindakan-tindakan kami yang berlebihan (dalam) urusan kami dan tetapkanlah pendirian kami, dan tolonglah kami terhadap orang-orang kafir.”
English Translation:
And their words were not but that they said, "Our Lord, forgive us our sins and the excess [committed] in our affairs and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people."

IndonesiaMereka di samping kesabaran dan ketabahan berjihad fisabilillah bersama Nabi, tidak lupa mengadakan hubungan langsung dengan Allah swt dengan berdoa agar dosanya dan tindakan yang berlebih-lebihan diampuni oleh Tuhan, pendiriannya ditetapkan agar mereka dimenangkan terhadap orang-orang kafir.
